摘　　要：目的:探讨双C臂数字减影血管造影机X线机在脑血管造影中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2023年1—6月百色市人民医院、广西医科大学第一附属医院神经内科的40例患者为研究对象,将百色市人民医院进行接受双C臂数字减影血管造影机X线机进行脑血管造影术的20例患者设为观察组,将广西医科大学第一附属医院接受单C臂数字减影血管造影机X线机进行脑血管造影术的20例患者设为对照组。比较两组患者辐射剂量、检查时间、使用碘对比剂剂量,比较两组患者脑血管造影病变检出情况。结果:两组患者辐射剂量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者检查时间、碘对比剂量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用双C臂数字减影血管造影机X线机进行脑血管造影术能够减少患者的检查时间及碘对比剂的用量。Objective To explore the application effect of dual-C-arm digital subtraction angiography(DSA)X-ray machine in cerebral angiography.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients from the Neurology Department of Baise People's Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to June 2023.Among them,20 patients undergoing cerebral angiography with a dual-C-arm DSA X-ray machine at the Baise People's Hospital were assigned to the observation group,while 20 patients undergoing cerebral angiography with a single-C-arm DSA X-ray machine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were assigned to the control group.The radiation dose,examination time,and iodine contrast agent dose were compared between the two groups,and the detection of cerebral angiography lesions was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the radiation dose between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there were statistically significant differences in examination time and iodine contrast agent dose between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of dual-C-arm DSA X-ray machine for cerebral angiography can reduce the examination time and the dose of iodine-based contrast agents.
