胃肠超声造影诊断胃十二指肠疾病的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃十二指肠疾病实施胃肠超声造影的诊断价值。方法:将2021年12月~2022年12月本院收治的147例胃肠道疾病患者作为研究对象,使用病理检验作为金标准,其中胃溃疡疾病12例,胃炎疾病91例,十二指肠溃疡病症10例,十二指肠炎症状7例,十二指肠反流症状7例,胃部恶性淋巴瘤5例,胃癌患者15例,先对患者进行胃肠超声造影诊断,同时再行胃镜方式进行诊断,比较患者良性病变检出率,恶性病变检出率,从而分析组别间比较差异性。结果:良性病变和恶性病变检出率中,胃肠超声造影高于胃镜检测,组间无明显差异性,P>0.05,说明两种诊断效能相差不大;但在统计受检者舒适与满意方面两组差异显著,P<0.05。结论:使用胃肠超声造影诊断患者肠胃疾病,可以保证诊断效率,并且具有安全高效的优点和特征,可无创为患者进行诊断。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of gastroduodenal disease.Methods:Our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,147 cases of patients with gastrointestinal diseases as a research object,using pathological test as the gold standard,including gastric ulcer disease 12 cases,91 cases of gastritis disease,duodenal ulcer,duodenal inflammation,7 cases of duodenal reflux symptoms,5 cases of gastric lymphoma,gastric cancer 15 cases,and the detection rate of benign lesions,malignant lesions detection rate,so as to analyze the differences between groups.Results:In the detection rate of benign and malignant lesions,gastrointestinal ultrasound was higher than gastroscopy,and there was no obvious difference between groups,P>0.05,indicating that the two diagnostic efficacy was not different;However,the two groups varied significantly in statistical patient comfort and satisfaction,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of gastrointestinal ultrasound angiography to diagnose gastrointestinal diseases can ensure the diagnostic efficiency,and has the safe and efficient advantages and characteristics,and can be noninvasive for patients.
