摘　　要：目的:分析在为子宫肌瘤(uterine myoma,UM)患者实施治疗的过程中,应用Richard Wolf·Gmbh·75438+理查德沃尔夫冷光源5163001实施腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术获得的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年1月~2021年12月在本院接受UM治疗的患者48例,根据患者接受手术治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组(n=24,腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术)与对照组(n=24,腹腔镜下全子宫切除术)。结果:观察组患者手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术中出血量以及术后卵巢功能,均与对照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05;两组患者术前卵巢功能并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术属于UM患者的一种理想手术治疗方式,有助于更好治疗效果的获得。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic total hysterectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy with Richard Wolf·Gmbh·75438+Richard Wolf Cold Light Source 5163001 in the treatment of uterine myoma(UM).Methods:48 patients who received UM treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into an observation group(n=24,laparoscopic myomectomy)and a control group(n=24,laparoscopic total hysterectomy)based on the different surgical treatment methods they received.Results:There were significant differences in operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time,blood loss during operation,ovarian function and complication rate between the two groups(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in preoperative ovarian function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy is an ideal surgical treatment for UM patients,which is helpful to obtain better therapeutic effect.
