卵巢囊肿手术中超声刀止血和双极电凝止血的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析超声刀止血与双极电凝止血在卵巢囊肿手术中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2020年1月~2022年12月80例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究分析对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组应用双极电凝止血,观察组应用超声刀止血,观察两组效果。结果:观察组患者窦卵泡数目、卵巢动脉血流速度均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者手术时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者FSH、LH低于对照组,E2高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者术后不良反应低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者自然妊娠率高于对照组,月经异常率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在卵巢囊肿手术中超声刀止血效果显著,可缩短手术时间,改善患者卵巢超声指标以及卵巢功能,更好地保护卵巢血运功能,提高自然妊娠率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis and bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis in ovarian cyst surgery.Methods:80 patients with ovarian cyst from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group(40 cases each).The control group was treated with bipolar electrocoagulation for hemostasis,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound knife for hemostasis.The effects of both groups were observed.Results:The number of sinus follicles and ovarian artery blood flow velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The observation group had shorter surgical time and less surgical bleeding compared to the control group(P<0.05);The FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while E2 levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The natural pregnancy rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of menstrual abnormalities was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the operation of ovarian cyst,ultrasonic scalpel has a significant hemostatic effect,which can shorten the operation time,improve the ovarian ultrasound indicators and ovarian function of patients,better protect the ovarian blood circulation function,and increase the natural pregnancy rate.
