摘 要:目的:探讨超声生物显微镜在玻璃体视网膜疾病治疗中的应用。方法:研究对象为2021年9月~2022年9月60例玻璃体视网膜疾病患者,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组进行玻璃体切除术治疗前,进行常规检查,观察组患者开展玻璃体切除术前,进行超声生物显微镜检查,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果:超声生物显微镜检出21只眼视网膜脱离、10只眼视网膜前移位、6只眼玻璃体混浊;观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声生物显微镜在玻璃体视网膜疾病治疗中的应用价值很高,能够提升手术疗效,能够减少手术并发症。Objective:To explore the application of ultrasound biomicroscopy in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases.Methods:The study subjects were 60 patients with vitreoretinal diseases,and the study period was from September 2021 to September 2022.They were randomly divided into groups according to the number table method.The control group underwent routine examinations before vitrectomy,while the observation group underwent ultrasound biomicroscopy before vitrectomy.The treatment outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Retinal detachment in 21 eyes,anterior retinal shift in 10 eyes and vitreous opacity in 6 eyes were detected by ultrasonic biomicroscopy;The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had fewer complications than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound biomicroscopy has high application value in the treatment of vitreoretinal diseases,which can improve surgical efficacy and reduce postoperative complications.
