摘 要:我国制造业面临产品生产、组织治理、生态构建等现实困境,而数字化可以为悖论治理提供助益。本文按照“悖论困境—悖论治理”的分析思路,探究制造业数字化转型的悖论治理机理。依据文献梳理和“灯塔工厂”案例实践,聚焦于制造业的特殊性,挖掘产品、企业和产业三个层面的独特现实困境与解决方案,发现制造产品层面存在“流程—离散”与“规模—定制”的悖论困境,制造企业层面存在“集中—分布”与“产品—服务”的悖论困境,制造产业层面存在“竞争—合作”与“依附—自建”的悖论困境。从产品的生产转型、企业的战略转型和产业的生态转型三方面解构了六对悖论困境的数字化治理过程,并相应细化了六对悖论困境的治理手段和治理效果。考察数字化转型启动期、过渡期和平稳期下制造业悖论的变化演进,并基于资源聚合作用和能力催化作用两方面剖析数字化转型的阶段跃迁机制,明确了多对悖论困境的具体表现、演进过程和辩证关系。研究结论为制造业提供更加明确、清晰和有效的理论指导和实践思路。China's manufacturing industry faces the reality predicament of product production,organizational governance,ecological construction and other dilemmas.The digital transformation could provide assistance to manage these paradoxical predicaments.Based on the analysis ideas of“paradoxical dilemma—paradoxical governance”,it explored the paradoxical governance process of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry.Based on the literature and“Lighthouse Factory”case study,it focused on the special attributes of manufacturing industry,explored the unique reality of three levels of manufacturing products,manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing industries faced with the dilemma and the solution.The results are as following.Manufacturing product level faces the paradoxical dilemma of“process—discrete”and“scale—customization”,manufacturing enterprise level faces the paradoxical dilemma of“centralization—distribution”and“product—service”,and manufacturing industry level faces the paradoxical dilemma of“competition—cooperation”and“dependence—self-construction”.Digital governance process of the six pairs of paradoxical dilemmas is deconstructed from three aspects of production transformation of products,strategic transformation of enterprises and ecological transformation of industries,and the means and effects of the governance of the six pairs of paradoxical dilemmas are refined accordingly.It also investigated the evolution of the paradoxes of manufacturing industry during the periods of start-up,transition and smooth in digital transformation.Drawing from the resource aggregation and capacity catalytic effect,it analyzed the stage leaping mechanism of digital transformation,clarified the dialectical relationship of the synergistic development of multiple pairs of paradoxical elements.It clarifies the specific performance,evolution process and dialectical relationship between multiple pairs of paradoxical dilemmas,and provides more explicit,clear and effective theo
