文献计量分析青少年肌阵挛性癫痫的研究现状及趋势

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量的方法研究青少年肌阵挛性癫痫的全球研究现状及趋势。方法检索Web of Science数据库中与青少年肌阵挛性癫痫主题相关的文献,对作者、文献来源、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入1834篇文献,主要涉及的研究领域有神经科学和神经学、精神病学、行为科学等,其中神经科学和神经学研究领域远高于别的研究领域。排列前五的研究热词有青少年肌阵挛性癫痫(1126次)、癫痫(458次)、特发性全身性癫痫(370次)、发作(365次)、脑电图(183次)。近年来的研究热点有功能连接、异常、皮质兴奋性等。结论青少年肌阵挛性癫痫目前研究领域广泛且热度高,在发文数量和被引频次方面美国、英国和德国等优势领先,值得中国研究者借鉴学习,未来研究热点可能涉及到脑电图和影像学特点、发病机制及药物治疗等相关领域。Objective To study the global research status and trend of juvenile myoclonic epilepsy by bibliometric methods.Methods The literature related to juvenile myoclonic epilepsy in the Web of Science database was searched,and the authors,literature sources,and keywords were visually analyzed.Results A total of 1834 articles were included,the main research fields involved were neuroscience and neurology,psychiatry,behavioral science,etc.,among which the field of neuroscience and neurology was much higher than other research fields.The top five research buzzwords were juvenile myoclonic epilepsy(1126),epilepsy(458),idiopathic generalized epilepsy(370),seizures(365),and EEG(183).In recent years,research hotspots included functional connectivity,abnormalities,cortical excitability,and so on.Conclusion Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy is currently widely researched and highly popular,and the United States,the United Kingdom,and Germany have leading advantages in the number of articles published and the frequency of citations,which is worthy of reference and learning by Chinese researchers,and future research hotspots may involve EEG and imaging characteristics,pathogenesis and drug treatment,and other related fields.
