疏肝健脾通腑治疗淤胆型肝炎探析

摘　　要：探究形成淤胆型肝炎的机制及中医治疗,淤胆型肝炎根据其临床表现可归属为中医的黄疸病范畴。淤胆型肝炎临床病机为:脾失健运、湿毒蕴肝、疏泄失常。其病理因素多为湿、热、毒、瘀。治疗以疏肝健脾通腑为法,即以肝脾为作用中心,以胆大肠为腑为通道,通泄湿热毒瘀等邪气为作用对象,对症用药,达到“邪去正安”的目的。疏肝健脾通腑法治疗淤胆型肝炎可取得满意效果。Exploring the etiology,pathogenesis,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment principles of cholestatic hepatitis,although there is no name for cholestatic hepatitis in traditional Chinese medicine,it can be classified as jaundice in traditional Chinese medicine based on its clinical manifestations.The clinical pathogenesis of cholestatic hepatitis is:loss of spleen function,accumulation of dampness and toxin in the liver,and abnormal laxation.The pathological factors are mostly dampness,heat,toxicity,and blood stasis.Using the method of soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and unblocking the internal organs,that is,taking the liver and spleen as the center of action and the starting point of positive qi,and the gallbladder and large intestine as the channels,to unblock and release evil qi such as dampness,heat,toxin,and blood stasis.Which is used to achieve the goal of“removing evil and ensuring peace”.The method of soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and unblocking the fu organs can achieve satisfactory results in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.
