摘　　要：目的观察强化血糖治疗加牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者血糖及牙周炎症的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月泗水县人民医院口腔科确诊的100例慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例。两组患者均给予牙周基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予普通糖尿病治疗,观察组在此基础上给予强化血糖治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血糖控制指标及炎症因子。结果治疗前,两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化血糖治疗加牙周基础治疗利于慢性牙周炎伴2型糖尿病患者血糖及牙周炎症的控制。Objective To observe the effects of intensive blood glucose therapy plus periodontal basic therapy on blood glucose and periodontal inflammation in patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis and type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed in the stomatology department of Sishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each.Both groups were given periodontal basic treatment,the control group was given general diabetes treatment on this basis,and the obser-vation group was given intensive blood glucose treatment on this basis.Blood glucose control indexes and inflamma-tory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,in-terleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive blood glucose therapy combined with periodon-tal basic therapy is beneficial to control blood glucose and periodontal inflammation in patients with chronic periodon⁃titis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
