护理干预对羊膜腔穿刺介入性产前诊断的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对羊膜腔穿刺介入性产前诊断的效果。方法将本院2022年2—3月接受羊膜腔穿刺介入性产前诊断的100例孕妇纳入对照组,采取常规护理;将2023年2—3月接受羊膜腔穿刺介入性产前诊断的100例孕妇纳入观察组,采取综合护理。比较两组干预效果。结果干预前,两组焦虑和抑郁评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组自护能力无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自护能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期孕妇介入性产前诊断时实施综合护理可以缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者自护能力和患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on amniocentesis interventional prenatal diagnosis.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women who received amniocentesis interventional prenatal diagnosis in February-March 2022 in our hospital were included in the control group,and routine nursing was adopted;100 pregnant women who received amniocentesis interventional prenatal diagnosis in February-March 2023 were funded to be included in the observation group,and comprehensive nursing was adopted.Compare the effect of intervention in the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the difference between the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the observation group's self-care ability was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of complication rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing care during interventional prenatal diagnosis in pregnant women during pregnancy can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve patients'self-care ability,and patient satisfaction.
