摘　　要：农产品质量安全监测是保障食品安全的第一道防线,是从农产品生产源头至市场销售终端,对全产业链开展的全过程各个环节的质量安全监测工作。风险监测与监督抽查并行并重,构建全面覆盖的监测网络及科学的监测制度与机制,可以将农产品质量安全风险降至最低水平,达成农产品质量安全监测保护农产品质量安全的目的。然而,在农产品质量安全监测工作实践中,存在着风险监测疏漏、监测制度体系不健全、监测对象参与度和配合度不够等问题,影响到监测工作的成效。本文以监测工作中存在的问题为切入点,探寻具体可行的解决对策。Monitoring the quality and safety of agricultural products is the first line of defense to ensure food safety.It involves monitoring the quality and safety of various links throughout the entire industrial chain,from the source of agricultural product production to the market sales terminal.The parallel emphasis on risk monitoring and supervision spot checks,as well as the construction of a comprehensive monitoring network and scientific monitoring systems and mechanisms,can minimize the risk of agricultural product quality and safety,and achieve the goal of monitoring and protecting agricultural product quality and safety.However,in the practice of monitoring the quality and safety of agricultural products,there are problems such as risk monitoring omissions,incomplete monitoring system,insufficient participation and cooperation of monitoring objects,which affect the effectiveness of monitoring work.This article takes the problems in monitoring work as the starting point to explore specific and feasible solutions.
