蔬菜粉中氧乐果残留量的测定能力验证研究

摘　　要：参加“CFAPA-2099蔬菜粉中氧乐果残留量的测定”能力验证,是对本实验室蔬菜中氧乐果农药残留量的检测能力进行持续监督的有效手段。样品通过乙腈提取,采用QuEChERS样品前处理净化方案,通过气相色谱-质谱仪检测氧乐果残留量,内标法定量。本次能力验证参照《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱联用法》(GB 23200.113—2018)报出检验结果,编号046氧乐果的检测结果为0.314 mg·kg^(-1),Z比分数为-0.81。本次能力验证结果满意,表明本实验室对蔬菜中氧乐果农药残留量的检测能力较好。It is an effective means of continuous supervision to determinate pesticide residues of the laboratory’s ability in vegetables by participating in the capability verification of“CFAPA-2099 Determination of Omethoate Pesticides Residues in Vegetable Powder”.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and then purified by pretreatment and purification scheme of QuEChERS,omethoate was detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method.The test result was reported in GB 23200.113—2018 for this capability verification.The test results of No.046 omethoate was 0.314 mg·kg^(-1),Z score for-0.81.The result of this ability verification was satisfactory,indicating that the laboratory has good quantitative determination ability for omethoate pesticides residues in vegetable.
