摘 要:石墨炉原子吸收光谱法是检测白酒中铅含量常用的方法之一。根据《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》(GB 5009.12—2017)利用微波消解法对白酒样品进行微波消解,运用石墨炉原子吸收对白酒样品中的铅含量进行测定。按照《测量不确定度与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)对微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定白酒中铅含量的测量不确定度进行分析,获得不确定度评定结果,建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定白酒样品中铅含量的不确定度分析方法。Graphite atomic absorption spectroscopy is one of the methods used to determine the lead content in liquor.According to GB 5009.12—2017,the microwave digestion method was used to microwave digestion of liquor samples,and the lead content in liquor samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.According to JJF 1059.1—2012,the uncertainty of measurement in the determination of lead content in liquor by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was analyzed,and the evaluation result of uncertainty was obtained,the method of uncertainty analysis for determination of lead by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established.
