秦巴山区八月炸籽主要成分提取分析及抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究陕西安康地区八月炸籽主要成分和籽油的提取并测定含量,分析其抗氧化活性。[方法]采用超声提取、索氏提取比较八月炸籽油的提取,采用紫外法检测八月炸籽粕中黄酮和多糖含量,采用HPLC法检测八月炸籽粕中齐墩果酸含量。DPPH自由基清除法分析八月炸籽主要成分的抗氧化活性。[结果]籽油提取率28.87%,籽油的不饱和度平均值为2.835,籽粕中黄酮、多糖、齐墩果酸的含量分别为0.60%,0.12%和0.17%。籽油EC_(50)为0.021 mg/mL,籽粕多糖EC_(50)为0.028 mg/mL,籽粕黄酮EC_(50)为0.0071 mg/mL。[结论]陕西安康地区八月炸籽含有丰富的挥发油,籽粕黄酮、多糖和齐墩果酸含量丰富,抗氧化活性较强,具有较高的开发利用价值。To study the extraction and content determination of main components and seed oil in seeds of Akebia Trifoliata sourced from Ankang,Shaanxi province,and analyze their antioxidant activity,the extraction of Akebia Trifoliata seed oil was compared with ultrasonic extraction and soxhlet extraction,and the contents of flavonoids and polysaccharides in the seed meal of Akebia Trifoliata were determined by UV,the content of oleanolic acid in seed meal of Akebia Trifoliata was determined by HPLC,and the antioxidant activity of the main components was analyzed by DPPH radical scavenging.The results showed that the extraction rate of Akebia Trifoliata seed oil was 28.87%,the average unsaturation of seed oil was 2.835.The average contents of flavonoids,polysaccharides and oleanolic acid in seed meal were 0.60%,0.12%and 0.17%,respectively.EC_(50)values for seed oil,seed meal polysaccharide and seed meal flavonoid were 0.021 mg/mL,EC_(50)0.028 mg/mL,EC_(50)0071 mg/mL.The Akebia Trifoliata seeds from Ankang region in Shaanxi Province are rich in volatile oil,flavonoids,polysaccharides and oleanolic acid,and have high antioxidant activity.
