摘  要:目的探讨抛锚式教学联合Gibbs反思循环在手术室专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法,以参加2022、2023年郑州大学第一附属医院手术室专科护士培训的78名学员为研究对象,将2022年和2023年的培训学员分别作为对照组(38名)和试验组(40名)。试验组采用抛锚式教学法联合Gibbs反思循环的教学方法,对照组采用常规教学方法。培训结束后,通过理论、实训成绩、自行设计的调查问卷对2种教学方法进行效果评价。结果试验组理论和实训成绩分别为(88.33±3.53)分、(89.38±2.42)分,对照组为(83.50±3.45)分、(86.76±3.18)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学员对教学效果的评价较好。结论抛锚式教学法联合Gibbs反思循环,有助于提高学员的理论知识和临床实训水平,培养学员的自主学习能力和分析解决问题能力,培训效果优于传统教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of anchor-based teaching combined with Gibbs’reflective cycle in the training for operating room nurse specialists.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 78 nurses who participated in the training for operating room nurse specialists in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Nurses in 2022 and 2023 were divided into control group(n=38)and experimental group(n=40),respectively.The experimental group received anchor-based teaching combined with Gibbs’reflective cycle in the training,while the control group conventional teaching method.After training,the effect of two teaching methods was evaluated using theoretical test,practice test and a survey by using a self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of theoretical and practice test of the experimental group was 88.33±3.53 and 89.38±2.42,respectively,and that of the control group 83.50±3.45 and 86.76±3.18 respectively,indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Anchor-based teaching combined with Gibbs’reflective cycle is helpful to improve students’theoretical knowledge and clinical practical competence,and cultivate students’self-learning ability and problem solving ability.The training effect is superior to that of traditional teaching.
