摘 要:新工科建设是经济高速发展带来新的科技革命和产业变革对高等教育发展提出的要求,是超前识别、积极应变和主动求变。而新工科实践教学建设是推动新工科建设的必由之路——内外结合、产教融合。该文立足于理工科类高校社会所需求人才培养问题,基于当前产学研合作过程存在的一系列问题,如①学生实践能力与产业需求存在较大差异;②企业参与产教融合的积极性不高;③师资队伍的单一及“双师型”教师的缺乏,导致不能满足应用型人才培养要求;④政府、高校及企业协同合作力度不强。深入探讨产教融合深化协同育人创新能力的培养。With the rapid economic development,the construction of new engineering education is a requirement for the development of higher education brought about by the new technological revolution and industrial transformation.And,it is advanced identification,active response and initiating change.Furtherly,the construction of new engineering practice teaching is the only way to promote the new engineering education,which requires the combination of internal and external as well as integration of practice and education.This paper is aimed at the problem of talent training required by the society in science and engineering colleges and universities.It is based on a series of problems in the current process of industry-university-research cooperation,①There is a big difference between the practical ability of students and the needs of the industry;②The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education is not high;③The single teaching staff and the lack of"double-qualified"teachers make it impossible to meet the training requirements for applied talents;④The government,universities and enterprises are not strong in coordination and cooperation.In response to these problems,the exploration of the integration of practice and education to deepen the cultivation of innovative ability of collaborative education is discussed.
