摘  要:针对双螺杆压缩机排气孔口压力冲击波动较大,诱发气动噪声问题,基于双螺杆压缩机设计基本原理,根据工程实践经验对排气孔口进行改进设计,将排气孔口改进设计为矩形槽形状,其目的是降低气流流速,增大排气口气流缓冲容积,从而消除封闭状态。通过仿真模拟与试验结果对比发现:改进前后排气孔口压力值保持不变,压力脉动不均匀度减小11.6%;改进后速度降低7.43 m/s,速度波动幅值降低1.49,速度波动量明显降低。研究表明双螺杆压缩机排气孔口结构改进设计具有一定的合理性,研究结果可为双螺杆压缩机整机性能的优化设计提供一定的理论参考。In view of the problem that the pressure impact at the outlet of the twin-screw compressor fluctuates greatly and causes aerodynamic noise,based on the basic principle of the design of the twin-screw compressor,the outlet is improved and designed according to the engineering practice experience,and the outlet is improved to a rectangular groove shape,with the purpose of reducing the air flow rate,increasing the air flow buffer volume at the outlet,and thus eliminating the closed state.By comparing the simulation results with the test results,it is found that the pressure value at the exhaust orifice remains unchanged before and after the improvement,and the pressure fluctuation nonuniformity decreases by 11.6%;After improvement,the speed is reduced by 7.43 m/s,the speed fluctuation amplitude is reduced by 1.49,and the speed fluctuation is significantly reduced.The research shows that the improved design of the exhaust port structure of the twin-screw compressor is reasonable,and the research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of the overall performance of the twin-screw compressor.
