铅、锌胁迫下齿果酸模的富集特征

摘  要:以齿果酸模为试验对象,采用盆栽试验法,研究在不同单一铅、锌浓度和复合铅、锌浓度胁迫下,齿果酸模对铅、锌的富集特征。结果表明:在单一铅、锌胁迫和混合铅锌胁迫条件下,齿果酸模地下和地上部分对铅、锌的富集系数均小于1,对铅的转移系数为1.21~4.81,对锌的转移系数为0.48~3.53。齿果酸模在一定浓度铅、锌胁迫下,对铅、锌有一定的耐性和转移能力,可以用于修复治理铅锌污染土壤。The enrichment characteristics of lead(Pb)and zinc(Zn)in Rumex dentatus L.were studied by pot experiment under different single and compound concentrations of Pb and Zn.Results showed that the enrichment coefficients of Pb and Zn are less than 1 under single Pb and Zn stress and mixed Pb and Zn stress in the under-ground and above-ground parts.Importantly,the transfer coefficient for Pb is 1.21~4.81,and the transfer coefficients of Zn is 0.48~3.53.Rumex dentatus has a certain tolerance and transfer ability to Pb and Zn under the stress of a certain concentration of Pb and Zn.It can be used to repair and control lead-zinc contaminated soil.
