摘　　要：卒中患者膝过伸主要由肌张力过高、伸膝肌无力、本体感觉障碍等原因所致,可影响步行、平衡及其他运动功能,减缓康复进程,从而降低患者日常生活活动能力与生命质量。本文对卒中患者膝过伸的原因、诊断及康复治疗方法进行综述。The knee hyperextension of the stroke patients is mainly caused by excessive muscle tension,knee extensor muscle weakness,proprioception disorders and other reasons,which can affect walking,balance and other motor functions and slow down the rehabilitation process,thereby reducing the activities of daily living and quality of life of these patients.This article reviewed the causes,diagnosis and rehabilitation treatment of knee hyperextension in the stroke patients.
