解郁丸联合右佐匹克隆治疗急性缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁丸联合右佐匹克隆治疗急性缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月该院收治的115例急性缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组57例与观察组58例。对照组采用右佐匹克隆片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合解郁丸治疗,比较两组治疗前后睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]评分、睡眠结构参数[S2期非快速眼动期(NREM)睡眠时间、快速眼动期(REM)睡眠时间]水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能等PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组S2期NREM、REM睡眠时间均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%(56/58),高于对照组的82.46%(47/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:解郁丸联合右佐匹克隆治疗急性缺血性卒中后睡眠障碍患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善睡眠结构参数水平,降低睡眠质量评分,其效果优于单纯右佐匹克隆治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Jieyu pills combined with Eszopiclone in treatment of patients with sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 115 patients with sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.They were divided into control group(57 cases)and observation group(58 cases)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Eszopiclone tablets,while the observation group was treated with Jieyu pills on the basis of that of the control group.The sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score,the sleep structure parameters[S2 non-rapid eye movement(NREM)sleep time,rapid eye movement(REM)sleep time]levels,the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the PSQI scores of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime function in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The S2 NREM and REM sleep time of the two groups were longer than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%(56/58),which was higher than 82.46%(47/57)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jieyu pills combined with Eszopiclone in the treatment of the patients with sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of sleep structure parameters,and reduce the sleep quality scores.Moreover,it is su
