TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的效能

摘　　要：目的:分析血清组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)、CXC趋化因子配体8(CXCL8)、Janus激酶蛋白2(JAK2)水平联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取2018年3月至2023年3月该院收治的100例乳腺癌患者设为乳腺癌组,另选取同期100例乳腺良性病变患者设为良性病变组,再选取100名健康体检者设为对照组。比较三组、不同病理学特征乳腺癌患者血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平,分析血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平与病理分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移的相关性,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平联合检测诊断乳腺癌的效能。结果:三组血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平比较,乳腺癌组>良性病变组>对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病理学特征乳腺癌患者血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平比较,G_(3)>G_(2)>G_(1);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期;有淋巴结转移高于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平与病理分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平单项及联合检测诊断乳腺癌的曲线下面积分别为0.713、0.769、0.739、0.907,均有一定诊断效能,且联合检测诊断效能最高。结论:血清TPS、CXCL8、JAK2水平联合检测诊断乳腺癌的效能高于三者单项检测。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum tissue polypeptide specific antigen(TPS),CXC chemokine ligand 8(CXCL8)and Janus kinase protein 2(JAK2)levels in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:100 patients with breast cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the breast cancer group,another 100 patients with benign breast disease were selected as the benign disease group in the same period,and another 100 healthy people were selected as the control group.The serum levels of TPS,CXCL8 and JAK2 among the three groups and among the patients with breast cancer with different pathological characteristics were compared.The correlations among TPS,CXCL8,JAK2 levels and pathological grading,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the efficiency of combined detection of serum TPS,CXCL8 and JAK2 levels in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Results:The comparison of the levels of TPS,CXCL8 and JAK2 in the three groups showed that the levels of TPS,CXCL8 and JAK2 in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign disease group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of serum TPS,CXCL8,JAK2 levels among the breast cancer patients with different pathological characteristics showed that G_(3)>G_(2)>G_(1) and stage III-IV>stage I-II;there were statistically significant differences among those with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that serum TPS,CXCL8,JAK2 levels were positively correlated with pathological grading,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis(r>0,P<0.05).The areas under the curve of single serum TPS,CXCL8 and JAK2 levels detection and combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 0.713,0.769,0.739 and 0.907,separately,which had certain diagnostic efficiency,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was the highest.Conclusions:The combined detection of serum TPS,CXCL8 and JAK
