血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平联合检测在分化型甲状腺癌诊断中的效能

摘  要:目的:分析血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(CCL11)、重组人Dick-kopfx相关蛋白-1(DKK-1)水平联合检测在分化型甲状腺癌(DCT)诊断中的效能。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年3月该检验所收治的107例DCT患者的临床资料,设为恶性组;选取同期107例甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,设为良性组;另选取同期107名健康体检者的临床资料,设为对照组。比较三组及不同病理学参数DCT患者的血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平单项及联合检测诊断DCT的效能。结果:恶性组血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平均高于良性组、对照组,且良性组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、肿瘤最大直径、分化程度的DCT患者血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、浸润程度T_(3)~T_(4)的DCT患者血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平均高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、浸润程度T_(1)~T_(2)的DCT患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平单项及联合检测诊断DCT的曲线下面积分别为0.770、0.769、0.821、0.901,均具有一定诊断效能,其中联合检测诊断效能最高。结论:TSGF、CCL11、DKK-1水平联合检测诊断DCT的效能高于三者单项检测诊断效能。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),eosinophil chemotactic factor(CCL11)and recombinant human Dick-kopfx-related protein-1(DKK-1)in diagnosis of differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DCT).Methods:The clinical data of 107 DCT patients admitted to the laboratory from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the malignant group.The clinical data of 107 patients with thyroid nodules in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as the benign group.The clinical data of 107 healthy subjects in the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as the control group.The serum levels of TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 were compared among the three groups.The serum levels of TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 in the DCT patients with different pathological parameters were compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the efficiency of single and combined detection of serum TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 levels in the diagnosis of DCT.Results:The levels of serum TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group and the control group,those in the benign group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the serum TSGF,CCL11,and DKK-1 levels among the DCT patients of different ages,maximum tumor diameter,and degree of differentiation(P>0.05).The levels of serum TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 in the DCT patients with clinical stage III-IV,lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree T_(3)-T_(4)were higher than those in the DCT patients with clinical stage I-II,no lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree T_(1)-T_(2),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the areas under the curve of single serum TSGF,CCL11 and DKK-1 levels and combined detection in the diagnosis of DCT were 0.770,0.769,0.821 and 0.901,separat
