摘 要:通过吲哚和对硝基苯甲醛的脱水缩合反应合成了含双吲哚的氨基单体3,3′-((4-氨基苯基)亚甲基)双(1H吲哚)(DINA),再将1,3-双(4′-氨基苯氧基)苯、DINA和甲醛在低温下反应合成了双吲哚基缩醛胺动态交联共价网络(DINA-HDCN),最后在聚合物网络中引入Fe^(3+)构筑阳离子-π交联的双吲哚基缩醛胺动态交联共价网络(Fe-DINA-HDCN)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁氢谱以及固体核磁碳谱对合成的单体以及聚合物进行表征,利用拉伸试验分析了聚合物的机械性能。结果表明:引入阳离子-π相互作用使材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均得到提升:拉伸强度从99 MPa提升至109 MPa,提升了10.1%;断裂伸长率从6.0%提升至9.2%,提升了53.3%。缩醛胺聚合物薄膜动态的共价交联和阳离子-π交联均可受外界刺激解交联,可以保证聚合物的回收,回收率达92.8%。Amino monomer 3,3′-((4-aminophenyl)methylene)bis(1H indole)(DINA)containing indoles was synthesized by dehydration condensation reaction of indole and 4-nitrobenzaldehyde.The diindolyl acetal amine dynamic crosslinking covalent network(DINA-HDCN)was synthesized by the reaction of 1,3-bis(4′-aminophenoxy)benzene,DINA and formaldehyde at low temperature.Fe^(3+)was introduced into the polymer network to construct a cationic-πcrosslinked diindolyl acetal amine dynamic crosslinking covalent network(Fe-DINA-HDCN).The monomers and polymers were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum and solid nuclear magnetic carbon spectrum.The mechanical properties of the polymer were characterized by tensile test.The results show that the introduction of cation-πinteraction improves the tensile strength and elongation at break of the material:the tensile strength increases from 99 MPa to 109 MPa,an increase of 10.1%;the elongation at break increases from 6.0%to 9.2%,an increase of 53.3%.On the other hand,the dynamic covalent crosslinking and cation-πcrosslinking of the acetalamine polymer film can be decrosslinked by external stimulation,which can ensure the recovery of the polymer,with recovery rate of 92.8%.
