摘　　要：围绕《中央企业合规管理办法》的实施,展开对企业合规的探讨,对企业合规的基本内涵、开展意义、开展方法进行了简述。结合日化行业运行中存在的重大合规风险,对企业合规进行了具象的展示和表达。This article explores enterprise compliance through the implementation of the"Measures for Compliance Management in Central Enterprises"and outlines the basic connotation,significance,and methods of enterprise compliance.This article presents a concrete demonstration and expression of corporate compliance,taking into account the significant compliance risks that exist in the operation of the daily chemical industry.
