摘  要:服务型制造是先进制造业与现代服务业融合发展的新模式,是推动制造业高质量发展的新型路径。在企业进行服务型制造转型的过程中,价值创造机理从单一维度向多维度转变,形成价值生态体系。围绕服务型制造运营管理变革,本文首先梳理服务型制造发展过程的三个阶段,提出基于单一价值、协同价值、网络价值三个维度和企业价值、用户价值、匹配价值三个角度的服务型制造价值生态模型,然后总结价值生态模型下的多元性、适应性和共存性三个特征,最后从企业价值、用户价值和匹配价值的三个角度阐释服务型制造的价值创造机理。Service-oriented manufacturing is a new model for the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries,and a new path to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing.In the development process of service-oriented manufacturing,the value creation mechanism changes from a single dimension to a multi-dimension,forming a value ecosystem.Focusing on the transformation of service-oriented manufacturing operation management,we firstly sort out the three stages of the development process of service-oriented manufacturing.Then we put forward the value ecological model of service-oriented manufacturing based on three dimensions of single value,collaborative value and network value and three angles of enterprise value,user value and matching value,and further summarize the three characteristics of diversity,adaptability and coexistence under the value ecological model.Finally,we analyze the value creation mechanism of service-oriented manufacturing from the perspectives of enterprise value,user value and matching value.
