摘  要:单孔腹腔镜手术(laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,LESS)由于创口小、伤口美观、术后康复快而逐渐在临床开展应用。然而,传统单孔腹腔镜由于手术视野受限、手术器械置人相对集中,难以形成操作三角且易导致器械碰撞,从而使手术难度增大。机器人单孔腹腔镜手术(robotic laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,R-LESS)具有可放大的手术视野、灵巧的手腕自由度、可弯曲的手术器械及仿生的人体工程学等优势,可以显著降低手术操作难度,在妇科手术中被广泛应用。因此,本文就机器人单孔腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用进行系统综述,以期促进机器人单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科疾病中的应用,促进妇科微创手术的发展。Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(LESS)is gradually developed because of its small wound,beautiful wound and accelerated postoperative rehabilitation.However,due to the limited surgical field of view and the relatively concentrated surgical instrument placement,traditional single-site laparoscopy is difficult to form an operating triangle and easy to cause instrument collision,thus increasing the difficulty of surgery.Robotic laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(R-LESS)can significantly reduce the difficulty of surgical operation due to the advantages of enlarged surgical field of view,dexterous wrist freedom,flexible surgical instruments and bionic ergonomics,and was widely used in gynecological surgery.Therefore,the application of R-LESS in gynecological surgery is reviewed,in order to promote the application of R-LESS in gynecological diseases and thus promote the development of minimally invasive in gynecology.
