摘 要:目的 探讨微课及翻转课堂联合情景模拟教学法在非麻醉学专业住培医师临床麻醉技能培训中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月于中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院进行住院医师规范化培训的非麻醉专业住培医师30名,随机分为三组(n=10):传统医学组(traditional medicine group,T组)、微课+翻转课堂组(the flipped classroom and micro-class group,FC组)、微课+翻转课堂+情景模拟教学组(the flipped classroom and micro-class combined with scenario simulation group,FCS组),按照住院医师规范化培训手册计划授课。评估理论与实践操作考试评分及教学满意度。结果 FC组理论考试成绩高于T组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),虽然FCS组理论分数较FC组有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。而在操作考核中,FCS组表现优异,较T组及FC组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),同时对该教学方案非常满意。结论 基于微课与翻转课堂联合模拟教学可有效提高非麻醉专业住培医师的麻醉操作能力和临床思维能力,调动学员的学习积极性。Objective To explore the application value of micro-class and the flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation teaching method for non-anesthesiology resident in clinical anesthesia skill training.Methods A total of 30 non-anesthesiology residents were selected for standardized resident training in Haikou Hospital of Xiangya School of Medicine,Central South University from January 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into three groups(n=10):traditional medicine group(group T),the flipped classroom and micro-class group(group FC),the flipped classroom and micro-class combined with scenario simulation group(group FCS).Three groups were led by Standardized Training Manual of Residents to evaluate by theoretical examination,practical operation examination and the teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical test scores of the FC group were higher than those of the T group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),although the theoretical scores of the FCS group were higher than those of the FC group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the operation assessment,FCS group performed well,with a statistically significant difference compared with T group and FC group(P<0.001).They were very satisfied with the teaching program.Conclusion Micro-class and the flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation teaching can effectively improve anesthesia operation ability and clinical thinking ability and mobilize learning enthusiasm for non-anesthesiology resident.
