规范化教学培训在呼吸内镜专修医师学习中的应用

摘　　要：呼吸病学医师专修培训是重要的继续医学教育内容,呼吸内镜诊疗技术是呼吸专科医师必须掌握的临床技能,但有创操作技术具有一定风险和操作难度。支气管镜操作规范化教学培训能够让专修医师熟知培训目标、教学内容及教学模式,有助于提升培训效率和质量,达到同质化培训效果。西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院呼吸内镜培训基地配备诊疗操作技术规范、教学经验丰富的带教师资,依托呼吸内镜室开展专修医师规范化培训教学。通过同质化、规范化的呼吸内镜理论知识学习、仿真支气管镜模拟设备、观摩示范操作、带教老师指导下独立操作、院感防护培训、危重并发症抢救治疗等教学内容,有效提高了专修医师的规范化操作水平和同质化培训教学质量,为基层医疗卫生机构培养众多呼吸专科医师。The specialized training of respiratory physicians is an important process of continuing medical education,and the technology of respiratory endoscopy is a clinical skill that respiratory specialists must master.However,this invasive operation technology has certain risks and operational difficulties.The standardized teaching and training of bronchoscopy could make specialized physicians familiar with the training objectives,teaching content and teaching mode,which is helpful to improve the training efficiency and quality and achieve the homogenized training effect.The respiratory endoscopy training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University is equipped with teachers with standard techniques and rich teaching experience.The standardized training and teaching for specialized physicians are carried out relying on the respiratory endoscopy room.Through the teaching contents of homogenized and standardized theoretical knowledge learning of respiratory endoscopy,simulated bronchoscope simulation equipment,observation and demonstration operation,independent operation under the guidance of teachers,hospital infection protection training,rescue and treatment of critical complications,the standardized operation level and homogenized training and teaching quality of specialized physicians are effectively improved.A large number of respiratory specialists have been trained for primary medical and health institutions.
