摘　　要：肌骨超声是指将超声应用于肌肉骨骼系统疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断的超声亚专业,可用于多个临床领域,是许多疾病诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗的重要依据。肌骨介入超声是指在超声引导下进行肌骨疾病治疗,是近年来新兴的超声亚专业,具有临床应用广、治疗效果好、副作用少等多种优点。近年来,肌骨介入超声发展迅速,临床需求大,但肌骨超声介入医师极为缺乏,操作者依赖性强,培养周期长,无法满足日益增长的临床需求。文章就肌骨介入超声医师培养方法进行总结和探讨,旨在缩短肌骨介入超声医师的培养时间,提高肌骨介入超声医师的诊断和治疗水平,满足日益增长的临床需求。Musculoskeletal ultrasound is a subspecialty of ultrasound that applies ultrasound to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of musculoskeletal diseases.It can be used in many clinical fields and is an important basis for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.Musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound refers to the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases under the guidance of ultrasound.It is an emerging ultrasound subspecialty in recent years.It has many advantages such as wide clinical application,good therapeutic effect and few side effects.In recent years,musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound has developed rapidly and has a large clinical demand.However,musculoskeletal ultrasound interventional physicians are extremely lacking,the operator is highly dependent,and the training cycle is long,which cannot meet the growing clinical needs.This article summarizes and discusses the training methods of musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound physicians,aiming to shorten the training time of musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound physicians,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of musculoskeletal interventional ultrasound physicians,and meet the growing clinical needs.
