摘 要:电力系统结构转型对燃煤发电机组提出宽负荷范围内快速调峰的需求,但机炉协调系统具有强非线性、大惯性和未知扰动,传统的比例-积分-微分(PID)控制适应机组大范围变工况能力较弱,在非设计工况及未知扰动下控制品质有待提高。针对上述问题,提出一种基于前馈增益调度的自抗扰协调控制策略,利用前馈信号提高系统适应负荷变化的能力,通过改进的自抗扰控制器提高系统的设定值跟踪和抗扰能力。仿真与现场试验结果均表明提出的协调控制策略能够获得良好的控制效果,保证机组的高效运行。The structural transformation of power systems requires coal-fired power generators to quickly adjust peak load within a wide range of load.However,the boiler-turbine coordinated system is highly nonlinear,has large inertia,and is subject to unknown disturbances.Traditional proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control has weak a-daptability to large-scale varying operating conditions of the unit,and its control quality needs to be improved under off-design operation conditions and unknown disturbances.To solve these problems,this paper proposed a feedforward gain scheduling based active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)for coordinated control system.The feedforward gain scheduling can reduce the influence of variation of load and the improved ADRC can obtain better set-point tracking and disturbance rejection ability.The simulation and field test indicate that the method proposed in this paper can achieve control effect and ensure the efficient operation of the unit.
