摘  要:针对车用汽油发动机机械损失功率检测中实际情况与理想情况存在误差的问题,提出车用汽油发动机机械损失功率检测仿真研究。采用数据转换算法将车用汽油发动机不同传感器采集的数据转换为可用物理信号,根据物理信号构建车用汽油发动机示功图;结合最大压力值和热力损失角优化示功图上止点误差,再将示功图光滑处理并消除其中可疑数据;根据优化后示功图信息,完成车用汽油发动机机械损失功率检测。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低机械损失功率检测偏差。Due to the error between the actual situation and the ideal situation during the detection of mechanical power loss of automotive gasoline engine,this paper proposed a simulation on the detection of mechanical loss power of automotive gasoline engine.Firstly,the data conversion algorithm was used to convert the data collected by different sensors in the gasoline engine into functional physical signals.On this basis,a dynamometer diagram of the gasoline engine was constructed.Combined with the maximum pressure and the thermal loss angle,the top dead center error of the dynamometer diagram was optimized.And then,the dynamometer diagram was smoothed to eliminate suspicious data.According to the optimized dynamometer,the mechanical loss power detection of the vehicle gasoline engine was completed.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the detection deviation of mechanical loss power.
