摘 要:目的:探讨无抽搐电休克对首发精神分裂症患者血清微小RNA-26b(miR-26b)和前列腺素内过氧化物合成酶2(PTGS2)水平及疗效的影响。方法:选取在河北省精神卫生中心住院确诊的首发精神分裂症患者98例作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予无抽搐电休克治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清miR-26b、PTGS2水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者血清miR-26b、PTGS2表达水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组患者低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组患者高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组患者低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无抽搐电休克治疗首发精神分裂症可降低患者血清miR-26b、PTGS2表达水平,且临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the influences of modified electroconvulsive therapy on the levels of microRNA-26b(miR-26b)and prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthetase 2(PTGS2)in the serum and the curative effect of first-episode schizophrenics.Methods:A total of 98 first episode schizophrenic patients hospitalized and diagnosed in the Hebei Provincial Mental Health Center were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by using the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment,while patients in the study group were given modified electro-convulsive therapy based on the treatment in the control group.The levels of serum miR-26b and PTGS2 were determined before and after treatment,and the curative effect was observed.Results:The expression levels of serum miR-26b and PTGS2 in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);af-ter treatment,the scores of Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)in both groups were higher than those be-fore treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Positive And Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were lower than in the con-trol group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified electroconvulsive therapy can reduce the expression lev-els of miR-26b and PTGS2 in the serum of patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and the clinical effect is significant.
