摘　　要：建立酸性硅胶管采集环境空气和无组织废气中乙二胺,碳酸钠水溶液解吸样品,三甲基乙酸酐70℃衍生样品中乙二胺,乙酸乙酯萃取定容,使用气相质谱离子扫描(SIM)分析乙二胺的检测方法。方法回收率92%~105%,在质量浓度0.02~0.64μg/mL范围内,乙二胺衍生产物有良好的线性范围,相关系数≥0.996,检测限为6 ng/mL(信噪比为3),定量限为20 ng/mL(信噪比=10)。使用三甲基乙酸酐衍生气质检测可以有效解决目前空气中乙二胺直接进样色谱分析过程中存在的峰形拖尾、检测限高、定性能力差等问题。Establish an acidic silicone tube to collect ethylenediamine from environmental air and unorganized waste gas,desorbed samples from sodium carbonate aqueous solution,ethylenediamine from samples derived from trimethylacetic anhydride at 70℃,and extracted with ethyl acetate to volume.Use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ion scanning(SIM)to analyze the detection method of ethylenediamine.Method recovery was 92%~105%,Ethylenediamine-derived products had a good linear range in the range of 0.02~0.64μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient was≥0.996.The limit of detection was 6 ng/mL(S/N=3)and the limit of quantification was 20 ng/mL(S/N=10).The use of trimethylacetic anhydride-derived gas detection can effectively solve the problems of peak tailing,high detection limit and poor qualitative ability in the current process of ethylenediamine direct injection chromatography。
