摘　　要：构建全国统一大市场是建设高水平社会主义市场经济体制和实现经济高质量发展的必然要求。改革开放以来,全国统一市场建设有一条清晰的政策演进脉络,并逐渐凝练出其中的关键要素。建设全国统一大市场具有深刻的理论和实践逻辑,从理论上讲,市场拓展和统一与分工相互促进、累积循环,能够促进要素的自由流动和资源的动态优化配置;从实践看,全国统一大市场能够发挥超大规模经济优势,形成强大经济循环,重塑区域分工格局和全国经济版图。加快构建全国统一大市场可以遵循以下线索:党的集中统一领导和政治决断至关重要,有效降低制度性交易成本,确立竞争政策的基础性地位,充分运用数字技术穿越和消解现有体制机制障碍。Building a unified national market is an inevitable requirement for constructing a high-standard socialist market economy system and achieving high-quality economic development.Since the launch of reform and opening-up,there has been a clear policy evolution in the construction of a unified national market,gradually crystallizing its key elements.The construction of a unified national market has profound theoretical and practical logic.Theoretically,market expansion and integration,coupled with division of labor,mutually promote each other and form a cumulative cycle,which can facilitate the free flow of factors and dynamic optimization of resource allocation.In practice,a unified national market can leverage the advantages of a large-scale economy,create a powerful economic cycle,reshape the regional division of labor pattern,and redraw the national economic landscape.Accelerating the construction of a unified national market can follow the following clues:the centralized and unified leadership and political decision-making of the Party are crucial,effectively reducing institutional transaction costs,establishing the foundational position of competition policy,and fully utilizing digital technology to overcome and eliminate existing institutional barriers.
