摘　　要：Litigation source governance,as a concept tracing back to the source to resolve disputes in practice,can be derived from a number of application mechanisms.It has been quite effective^(1) in the growing^(2) social dispute resolution in China,‘but the beginning of any new system,....in the general sense that it does not conform to the biological endowment of human beings,will always be an unnatural order’^(3).
