摘 要:目的分析纳米碳示踪技术在甲状腺癌患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月—2023年5月江苏省连云港市第一人民医院77例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机抛币原则分为纳米碳组(n=39)与对照组(n=38)。对照组行甲状腺全部切除术+中央区淋巴结清扫术,纳米碳组在对照组的基础上给予纳米碳示踪技术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果纳米碳组的淋巴结清扫数量为(7.55±0.32)个显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=35.653,P<0.05),淋巴结转移率为48.72%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.470,P<0.05)。纳米碳组术后7 d饮水呛咳、手足麻木发生率低于对照组,甲状腺激素和血钙水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳示踪技术在甲状腺癌患者手术中的应用并不会影响手术效果,且会增加淋巴结清扫数量及提高淋巴结转移检出率,还可降低患者的术后并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of nanocarbon tracer technology in the surgery of thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 77 patients with thyroid cancer in the Lianyungang First People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from August 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the nanocarbon group(n=39)and the control group(n=38).The control group received total thyroidectomy and central lymph node dissection,and the nanocarbon group was treated with nanocarbon tracer technology based on the control group.Results The number of lymph nodes cleared in the nanocarbon group(7.55±0.32)pic was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=35.653,P<0.05),and the rate of lymph node metastasis was 48.72%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.470,P<0.05).The incidence of choking on drinking water and numbness of hands and feet in the nanocarbon group were lower than those of the control group in the 7 d postoperative period,and the levels of parathyroid hor-mone(PTH)and blood calcium were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nanocarbon tracer technology in the surgery of thyroid cancer patients will not affect the surgical results,and will increase the number of lymph node dissection and improve the detection rate of lymph node metastasis,and also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients.
