分析玉屏风散治疗复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床安全性

摘　　要：目的分析复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎使用玉屏风散防治的最终效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月靖江市中医院接诊的60例复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组30例,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组使用常规治疗和玉屏风散治疗。比较两组临床结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的临床症状评分、主要体征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散防治复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效显著,可以改善患者机体免疫功能,提高患者身体的抗病毒能力。Objective To analyze the final effect of Yupingfeng powder on recurrent herpes simplex virus keratitis.Methods 60 patients with recurrent herpes simplex virus keratitis treated in Jingjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received conventional treatment and Yupingfeng powder.The clinical results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and main signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng Powder has a remarkable effect on the prevention and treatment of recurrent herpes simplex virus keratitis,and can improve the immune function and antiviral ability of patients.
