摘　　要：目的评价青光眼白内障联合手术患者采用不同手术切口治疗对于角膜内皮产生的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月临沂市人民医院收治的72例行小梁切除联合超声乳化术的青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,对照组采用双切口治疗,观察组采用单切口治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组术后不同观察阶段的角膜内皮细胞计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1年的膜内皮细胞密度(1655.62±287.87)个/mm^(2)、膜内皮细胞面积(598.38±72.37)μm^(2)高于对照组(1402.72±287.82)个/mm^(2)、(536.56±70.98)μm^(2),差异有统计学意义(t=3.727、3.659,P<0.001)。结论青光眼白内障患者采用小梁切除联合超声乳化手术治疗中,采用单切口治疗的效果更佳,有利于降低对角膜内皮的损伤。Objective To evaluate the effects on the corneal endothelium produced by the use of different surgical incisions for the treatment of patients undergoing combined glaucoma cataract surgery.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,72 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract undergoing trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification were selected as the study objects from Linyi People's Hospital and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group,the control group was treated with double incision,and the observation group was treated with single incision,and the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The corneal endothelial cell counts in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at different observation stages after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The membrane endothelial cell density(1655.62±287.87)pieces/mm^(2)and membrane endothelial cell area(598.38±72.37)μm^(2)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(1402.72±287.82)pieces/mm^(2)and(536.56±70.98)μm^(2),and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.727,3.659,P<0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of glaucoma cataract patients with trabeculectomy combined with ultrasonic emulsification surgery,the use of a single incision is more effective,which is conducive to reducing the damage to the corneal endothelium.
