分析康复训练联合中医特色治疗对下肢创伤骨折患者术后膝关节僵硬的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析康复训练联合中医特色治疗对下肢创伤骨折患者术后膝关节僵硬的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年8月贵州医科大学第三附属医院接收的70例部分下肢创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规康复训练,研究组患者采用康复训练联合中医特色治疗。分析两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组膝关节屈伸度(89.13±6.75)°、肌力(8.64±2.58)kg,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生情况均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.426,4.830,P<0.05)。研究组恢复效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康复训练联合中医特色治疗的方式,患者的关节活动功能恢复较好,并发症发生率低,其临床价值高。Objective To analyze the efficacy of rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment on postoperative knee stiffness in patients with lower limb trauma fracture.Methods 70 patients with partial lower limb trauma fractures admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group patients received routine rehabilitation training,while the study group patients received rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Analyzed the treatment effects of two groups of patients.Results The knee joint flexion and extension[(89.13±6.75)°],and muscle strength[(8.64±2.58)kg]of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.426,4.830,P<0.05).The recovery effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With the use of rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine characteristic treatment,the patients'joint mobility function was recovered better,the complication rate was low,and its clinical value was high.
