摘　　要：目的结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,研究腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的疗效优势。方法本研究选取2021年6月—2022年6月白银市第三人民医院收治的60例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,以随机抽签方法分为两组,各30例。其中开腹手术组施行常规开腹手术进行治疗;腹腔镜手术组行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗。对比两组的治疗效果与安全性。结果治疗后腹腔镜手术组患者肿瘤标志物水平、肝肾功能情况以及血常规结果、不良反应发生情况、胃肠功能以及术后恢复情况显著优于开腹手术组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术对胃肠功能的影响相对较小。相比传统开腹手术,腹腔镜手术能够减少对肠道的干扰,保留更多的正常肠道组织,从而减少手术对胃肠功能的影响。缓解患者术后恢复期内可能出现的胃肠功能紊乱,如食欲不振、消化不良症状。Objective To analyze the therapeutic advantages of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods In this study,60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Baiyin Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The laparotomy group underwent routine laparotomy for treatment and the laparoscopic operation group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.The efficacy and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of tumor markers,liver and kidney function,blood routine results,adverse reactions,gastrointestinal function and postoperative recovery in laparoscopic operation group were significantly better than those in laparotomy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery on gastrointestinal function is relatively small.Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery can reduce intestinal interference and retain more normal intestinal tissue,thus reducing the impact of surgery on gastrointestinal function.To relieve gastrointestinal disorders that may occur during the postoperative recovery period,such as loss of appetite and dyspepsia.
