摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的快速发展,利用人工智能技术挖掘涉恐信息,尤其是基于自然语言处理的涉恐信息挖掘技术正逐渐发挥越来越重要的作用。为了提高涉恐信息挖掘能力,提出了基于自然语言处理的信息挖掘技术,针对不同类型数据,利用自然语言处理相关算法,辅助公安、税务、银行等领域的专家从业务角度出发,精确提取重要人物和组织等实体以及它们之间的关系,并分析特定目标的情感倾向,从而全面掌握业务发展方向并迅速制定相应决策。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the use of artificial intelligence technology for terrorism-related information mining,especially natural language processing technology plays an increasingly important role in this field.The information mining technology based on natural language processing proposed in this paper can help experts in public security,taxation,banking and other fields to extract VIP,organizations and their relationships accurately in view of business.Furthermore,it can be beneficial to grasp the direction of business development and make corresponding decisions quickly by analyzing the sentiment orientations of specific goals.
