摘  要:本文通过对拼接焊接型格架结构特征、加工方式分析,明确了检测难点;通过调研已有检测方法,对比分析传统格架与拼接焊接型格架的待测尺寸差异性,参考传统格架检测方法,建立拼接焊接型格架尺寸检测方法;通过设备与量器具选择验证,确定最合适的检测方案。通过对检测设备存在不足的规避,设计外形规与栅元规,适用于批量生产检测。In the text,through the analysis of the structure characteristics and processing mode of splicing welding nuclear fuel grid,the difficulties in detection are clarified.After the investigation of detection methods,the dimension differences between traditional nuclear fuel grid and splicing welding nuclear fuel grid are analyzed.We have established a method to measure the size of splicing welding nuclear fuel grid refer to the traditional nuclear fuel grid detection method.Through the selection and verification of equipment and measuring apparatus,we determine the most suitable testing project.In order to avoid the shortage of testing equipment,the outline testing gauge and grid lattices cell testing gauge are designed,which are suitable of mass production testing.
