摘  要:应用型本科高校青年教师培养模式陈旧,教师专业素质提升缺乏有效途径。探索青年教师专业素质和能力的提升途径,通过建设教师教学发展中心,为青年教师发展提供平台;校企共建教师培养培训基地,提升青年教师实践创新能力;依托教学团队建设,提高青年教师教学水平;完善教师评价保障机制,激发青年教师投身教育热情,从而打造一支高素质专业化创新型青年教师队伍,助力应用型本科院校转型发展、内涵提升。The training mode of young teachers in applied undergraduate universities is obsolete,lacking effective measures to improve teachers’professional quality.This paper explores the ways of improving young teachers’professional quality and ability from the following aspects:providing a platform for young teachers’development through construction of teaching development center;building teacher training bases by both schools and enterprises to improve young teachers’practical and innovative ability;enhancing young teachers’teaching level by constructing teaching team;improving evaluation and guarantee mechanism to stimulate young teachers’enthusiasm for education.The above measures help to build a high-quality professional and innovative team of young teachers,and promote the transformation and connotation development of applied undergraduate universities.
