摘  要:本文借助系统性文献综述法和VOSviewer可视化分析软件对核心及以上期刊中收录的“高校教师教学评价研究”进行相关文献的收集、筛选和知识图谱的绘制、解析,发现我国高校教师教学评价研究历经“起步—增长—深化”三个阶段,其文献呈现出螺旋式增长的趋势,且多集中刊发于高等教育专门性期刊,综合类期刊关注相对较少,核心作者之间的合作程度不高。根据关键字共现分析可知,“教学质量”、“学生评教”、“课堂教学”、“评价指标体系”是我国高校教师教学评价研究的核心议题。未来我国高校教师教学评价研究需要加强合作,形成高校教师教学评价的学术共同体;关注多元,寻求利益相关者参与评价的优化路径;强调分类,建立差异化的教学评价指标体系。With the help of systematic literature review method and VOSviewer visual analysis software,this paper collects and screens relevant literature on“Research on teaching evaluation of university teachers”in core and above journals,and draws and analyzes knowledge graph.It is found that the research on teaching evaluation of Chinese university teachers goes through three stages of“starting-growth-deepening”,and its literature shows a spiraling growth trend,and most of it is published in specialized journals of higher education,while comprehensive journals pay relatively little attention to it,and the degree of cooperation between core authors is not high.According to the analysis of co-occurrence of key words,“teaching quality”,“student evaluation of teaching”,“classroom teaching”and“evaluation index system”are the core issues of teaching evaluation research of college teachers in China.In the future,we need to strengthen cooperation in the research of teaching evaluation of college teachers,and form an academic community of teaching evaluation of college teachers.Pay attention to diversity and seek the optimization path of stakeholders’participation in evaluation;Emphasis on classification and establishment of differentiated teaching evaluation index system.
