摘  要:自主发展是教师专业成长的基本途径,教师专业发展愿景规划是促进教师自主发展的有效抓手。教师必须提高愿景规划能力,通过充分的现状评估认清自己的人格偏好和所处的职业环境,通过科学的目标设置找到最适合自己的发展方向,通过可行的发展措施一步步实现专业发展。在愿景规划实施的过程中,教师要注意将个人发展与组织发展统一起来,通过及时的正向反馈保持愿景的激励作用,并根据发展阶段的不同需求适时调整规划。Self-development is the basic way of teachers’professional development,and the vision planning of teachers’professional development is an effective way to promote teachers’self-development.Teachers must improve their ability of vision planning,recognize their personality preferences and professional environment through adequate assessment of the status quo,and find the most suitable direction of development through scientific goal setting,and achieve professional development step by step through feasible development measures.In the process of implementing the vision planning,teachers should pay attention to the integration of personal development and organizational development,maintain the incentive effect of the vision through timely positive feedback,and adjust the planning according to the different needs of the development stages.
