大学英语教学中外籍教师管理困境与对策研究

摘　　要：在全球一体化的背景下,英语在国际经济合作和文化交流中起着重要的媒介作用。为提高学生的英语应用能力和人才培养质量,高校聘请外籍英语教师参与大学英语教学,取得了很好的教学效果。在新形势下,外籍教师的管理也暴露出很多问题,针对这些问题,从招聘管理、课程设置、教学管理和生活服务等方面优化外教管理策略,能有效提高外籍教师的教学质量,更好地优化服务大学英语教学。In the context of global integration,English plays a role as a media in international economic cooperation and cultural exchange.In order to improve students’English application ability and the quality of talent training,colleges and universities employ foreign teachers to participate in college English teaching,and have achieved good teaching results.In the reality,more and more problems are emerging in the management of foreign teachers.In view of these problems,the optimization of management strategies of foreign teachers from the aspects of recruitment management,curriculum setting,teaching management and life service can effectively improve the teaching quality of foreign teachers and better optimize the service of college English teaching.
