摘 要:本文对一双侧沸腾强化管的满液式蒸发器进行了实验研究,该强化管管侧具有两个不同高度、呈交叉分布的螺旋肋。分别采用常规Wilson分离法、扩展Gnielinski分离法、非线性拟合方法计算了管内对流换热表面传热系数。结果表明:对于具有两个不同高度交叉肋的三维强化管,扩展Gnielinski分离和非线性拟合的结果很接近,结果较合理,而常规Wilson分离法的结果偏差较大,说明扩展Gnielinski分离方法可用于该强化管表面传热系数的计算;在管内流速为2 m/s时,强化管管内表面传热系数的强化倍数为3.5,其压降是光滑管的2.6倍。In the present investigation,an experimental study is carried out on a flooded evaporator with double-sided enhanced boiling tubes.The enhanced tube has two spiral fins with different heights in tube side,which are distributed in a cross shape.The conventional Wilson separation method,the extended Gnielinski separation method and a nonlinear fitting method are used to calculate the convection surface heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.The results show that for the three-dimensional enhanced tube with two cross fins of different heights,the results of the extended Gnielinski separation method and the nonlinear fitting method are very close and reasonable,while the results of the Wilson separation method have large deviations,indicating that the extended Gnielinski separation method can be used to calculate the convection surface heat transfer coefficient of the enhanced tube.At a flow velocity of 2 m/s in the tube,the enhancement factor of the tube side surface heat transfer coefficient of the enhanced tube is 3.5,and the pressure drop is 2.6 times that of a smooth tube.
