摘　　要：建立了同时测定口罩中5种荧光增白剂(FWAs)的高效液相色谱检测方法。口罩样品经乙腈-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-水(3∶3∶7,v/v)超声提取,提取液由十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))和氨基硅胶混合吸附剂净化,以ODS Hypersil(2.5μm×4.6 mm×250 mm)C18色谱柱进行分析,以乙腈和水作为流动相梯度洗脱,外标法定量。5种FWAs在0.005~1.000 mg/L内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.983 2~0.999 9。样品的平均加标回收率为71.60%~102.87%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~8.5%(n=3)。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度高,适用于不同口罩中FWAs的测定。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method has been developed for simultaneous determination of five fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs)in masks.The mask sample is extracted with acetonitrile-N,N-dimethylformamide-water(3∶3∶7,v/v)ultrasound,purified with a mixture of C_(18)-bonded zirconium rubber and NH_(2) silica matrix filler(NH_(2)),and separated on an ODS Hypersil C18(2.5μm×4.6 mm×250 mm)by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases.,and quantitative analysis is performed using an external standard method.5 FWAs show a good linear relationships within the concentration range of 0.005~1.0 mg/L,with correlation coefficients(r)of 0.9832~0.9999.The average recoveries at three spiked levels are in the range of 71.6%~102.87%,with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 2.3%~8.5%.The method has high sensitivity,precision and accuracy,and could be used for the determination of FWAs in different masks.
