摘　　要：无托槽隐形矫治因其美观、舒适的特点,逐渐开始进入人们的视野。隐形矫治器由热压膜材料制成,其矫治力主要来源于矫治器就位、材料变形后产生的回弹力,因此,热压膜材料的性能对于矫治的效果至关重要。目前常用的热压膜材料包括乙二醇改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯等,学术界对这些材料的美观性能、力学性能、生物相容性、老化性已经进行了诸多研究,并为提高材料性能进行了一些材料改性的尝试。本文就当前正畸用热压膜材料的组成、性能、改性研究作一综述。Due to their aesthetic appeal and comfort,clear aligner treatment has gradually gained visibility among the general public.Invisible orthodontic appliances are constructed from thermoplastic materials,where orthodontic force primarily arises from the rebound force generated when the aligner is in position and the material is deformed.Therefore,the properties of thermoplastic materials play a critical role in the clinical treatment's effectiveness.Commonly used thermoplastic materials include poly(ethylene therephthalate)-glycol,thermoplastic polyurethane,polycarbonate,and more.Numerous studies have explored the aesthetic properties,mechanical characteristics,biocompatibility,and material aging.Additionally,there have been attempts to modify these materials to enhance their properties.This paper provides a review of current research on the composition,properties,and modifications of orthodontic thermoplastic materials.
