摘 要:^(68)Ga-PSMAPET/CT检查对前列腺癌的检出率高于传统影像学方法,故将^(68)Ga-PSMA PET/CT用于前列腺靶向穿刺可能会提高检出率。本文报道2例行^(68)Ga-PSMA-11PET/CT与经直肠超声认知融合前列腺靶向穿刺活检术的患者。通过对比患者MRI与PET/CT图像,发现PET/CT靶点少于MRI,分别行经直肠超声认知融合靶向穿刺。结果显示^(68)Ga-PSMA-11PET/CT与经直肠超声认知融合的前列腺靶向穿刺更精准。^(68)Ga-PSMA PET/CT has a higher detection rate for the diagnosis of prostate cancer than traditional imaging methods.Therefore,the application of ^(68)Ga-PSMA PET/CT in prostate targeted puncture biopsy may improve its detection rate.This paper reports two patients who underwent ^(68)Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and transrectal ultrasound cognitive fusion-targeted prostate biopsy.By comparing patient MRI and PET/CT images,it was found that PET/CT targets were less than MRI,perform transrectal ultrasound cognitive fusion-targeted prostate biopsy separately.Targeted prostate puncture with cognitive fusion of ^(68)Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and transrectal ultrasound is more accurate.
